Table of Error Code on Haier Roof-top Integrated Parking Air-Conditioner

27 Mar.,2025

If something wrong with your Haier rooftop parking air conditioner, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.

The checking method of error code of integrated air-conditioner

1.After faults occured, shut down the air-conditioner and long press the power button until machine beeps 3 times. The error code(E* or F*) will shows on the display panel.

2.The display panel will prompt when faults occure. The trouble light will blink when outdoor unit conked out.

3.The last error code will be stored in the main control board.

As shown on the right.

Table of Error Code on Haier Roof-top Integrated Parking Air-Conditioner

indoor unit
E1
Room temperature sensor failure
De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again.Check that the plug of room temperature sensor hasn't come loose. If repeated, replace the room temperature sensor.
E2
Heat-exchange sensor failure
De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again.Check that the plug of heat-exchange sensor hasn't come loose. If repeated, replace the heat-exchange sensor.
E4
Indoor EEPROM error
De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, replace the main control board.
E7
Communication fault between indoor and outdoor units
De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, check the data lines and power cord whether is any loosen. Replace the main control board if outdoor units working correctly, otherwise repalce the compressor driver.
E14
Indoor fan motor malfunction
De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, check if there is a 5V voltage inpupt between blue line and black line. Replace the main control board if there is no voltage, otherwise replace the indoor fan motor.
outdoor unit
F1
Outdoor module short circuit
De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, replace the compressor driver.
F2
Outdoor high load overload
The air-conditioner will decrease frequency to protect itself if it operates under high temperature (above 45℃) and exposure to the sun for a long time. Please parking the vehicle in the shade. Replace the compressor driver if outdoor unit won't work.
F4
Abnormal voltage
1.The air-conditioner stop working automatically because battery voltage is lower than the minimum voltage protection(22V) if trouble light blinks five times. It will work after charging battery to 24.5V.
2.The air-conditioner stop working automatically becausebattery voltage is higher than the highest voltage protection(30V) if trouble light blinks six times. Check whether the battery is work correctly.
F5
Compressor blocked
Stop the machine immediately.De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, replace the compressor driver.
F6
Outdoor ambient temperature sensor error
Check whether the outdoor ambient temperature sensor is short or open, otherwise replace the compressor driver
F7
Outdoor power module overheat
Stop the machine immediately.De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, replace the compressor driver.
F8
Outdoor fan motor fault protect (simultaneous faults)
Check whether outdoor fan is blocked, de-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, exchange the power cord of ①fan motor and ②fan motor. Replace the motor if the fault still exists, or replace the compressor driver if one of which worded.
F9
Outdoor ①fan motor fault protect
Check whether outdoor fan is blocked, de-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, exchange the power cord of ①fan motor and ②fan motor. Replace the motor if the fault still exists, or replace the compressor driver if one of which worded.
F10
Outdoor ②fan motor fault protect
Check whether outdoor fan is blocked, de-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, exchange the power cord of ①fan motor and ②fan motor. Replace the motor if the fault still exists, or replace the compressor driver if one of which worded.
F13
Refrigerant deficiency
Prompt air-conditioner lacks refrigerant. Check the leak point and replenish refrigerant.
F14
Outdoor module temperature sensor error
Immediately stop the machine. De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, replace the compressor driver.
F15
Indoor anti-freezing failure
De-energized for 3 minutes then power on again. If repeated, check whether the refrigerant is deficiency, replace the heat-exchange sensor if not.
F25
Discharge temperature sensor failure
Outdoor discharge temperature sensor failure, replace the compressor driver.
F28
The compressor output less phase
Prompt compressor power cord is disconnect. Replace the compressor driver.
